The course is built on the knowledge gained in the Foundation course and prepares you for more complex job functions. You will study botany, agronomy, seasonality of growth, processing, decaffeination, markets, certification and other parameters in a more in-depth and balanced manner. You will also become familiar with the classification, defects and positive characteristics associated with green coffee contracts.
The course is offered in a combined format: some materials will be provided online prior to the course date, while on the course dates, training will be conducted in person at the training center (information about the training center will be sent to course participants additionally).
