The course introduces possible concepts related to the production, trading and evaluation of green coffee. You will learn about the supply chain of specialty coffee from farms to roasters, including growing, harvesting, processing, drying, shipping procedures, storage rules and delivery features. Upon completion of the training, you will also be able to conduct basic observations of green coffee.
The course is offered in a combined format: some materials will be provided online prior to the course date, while on the course dates, training will be conducted in person at the training center (information about the training center will be sent to course participants additionally).
