Brewing courses cover coffee brewing methods as well as brewing parameters that affect the quality of the cup. Hands-on training focuses on parameters such as grind size, brewing method, coffee concentration and extraction yield.
Green Coffee Courses provide the concepts and skills needed to evaluate, trade, and work with green coffee. Course content in the module includes botany, coffee growing practices, processing, classification, storage, transportation, certification, trading, and more.
GREEN COFFEE
The Sensory Analysis course covers the concepts and skills needed to evaluate coffee and products in general. Interactive courses cover sensory science, industry protocols, general sensory properties of coffee, sensory training, implementing sensory metrics into work, consumer testing procedures, applying test results in the business, and more.
The Introduction to Coffee course is ideal for those new to coffee. This course provides a general overview of the coffee supply chain and covers topics such as: history and cultivation, coffee quality, sensory analysis basics, roasting basics, coffee freshness factors, and brewing principles. You will also be introduced to cupping - the method of evaluating and describing the sensory characteristics of coffee.

My name is Maksim, and I'm your mom's friend's son!

I started working with coffee in 2022. After 10 months, I became a Q-grader. And now, in 2025, I have become an AST.

My background:
  • experience working in different companies in the coffee production chain: from selecting raw materials to selling coffee to the end consumer;
  • preparing participants for championships and participating in them myself;
  • judging coffee roasting championships;
  • and, of course, teaching you - the best students!

YOUR PATH TO SUCCESS
First, you need to choose the module and the level you want to master. If you are a beginner, you should start with the foundation level. If you consider yourself an advanced user, you can go straight to the intermediate level. Remember that to pass the professional level, you need to have a lot of experience, extensive knowledge and successfully passed intermediate level.
START
WHAT'S NEXT?
The course will include an online lecture and many practical taskes. The number of practice days depends on the chosen level. After the course, you will have a lecture recording, a workbook and, most importantly, the knowledge and skills that you will acquire during the course.
DEVELOPMENT

FEEL THE SUCCESS
At the end of the course, you can take a practical exam and an online test to check your theoretical knowledge.
Regardless of whether you pass the exams or not, you will receive a commemorative certificate from me. If you successfully pass all the exams, you will receive an SCA certificate, which will confirm your level of skills. Is that something to be proud of, isn't it?
Once you have decided on the module and level, you can apply for training. I will contact you about the application within 48 hours. And, if all conditions of participation are met, you will receive an invoice for payment and a link to the group for students.
