This Policy is an integral part of the Public Offer. 1.3. Payment for services constitutes the Client's consent to this Policy.
2. Refund Terms 2.1. Refunds are only possible in the cases listed below. 2.1.1. A refund is possible if:
The Contractor canceled an in-person event;
The Contractor is unable to provide the service after the invoice has been paid;
The service rendered does not substantially correspond to the description;
Access to online materials was not provided due to a technical fault on the Contractor's part.
2.1.2. A refund is not possible if:
The Client attended the in-person event in whole or in part; The Customer has accessed online materials (videos, files, recordings, programs);
The Customer has violated the terms of the Agreement or the Public Offer;
The Customer was unable to participate in the in-person event for reasons beyond the Contractor's control (illness, business trip, absence from the venue, etc.);
The Customer was unable to connect to the online event due to issues related to their equipment or internet connection.
3. Refund Request Procedure 3.1. The Customer sends a refund request to the Contractor's email address: maksimiudinby@gmail.com. 3.2. The request must include:
Customer's full name;
invoice number;
service name;
payment date;
reason for the request;
supporting documents (if applicable).
3.3. The Contractor will review the request within 10 business days.
4. Refund Procedure 4.1. If a refund is approved, funds will be transferred using the same method used to pay the invoice. 4.2. The refund period is up to 30 calendar days from the date of the decision. 4.3. Bank, payment system, and other intermediary fees are not reimbursed. 4.4. If a service was partially rendered, a refund will be made proportionate to the portion not rendered, if provided for by the terms of a specific program.
5. Rescheduling Participation Instead of a Refund 5.1. In certain cases, the Contractor may offer the Client:
rescheduling participation to another date;
substituting a similar service;
providing online access instead of in-person participation.
5.2. Rescheduling is possible only by mutual agreement of the parties.
6. Special Conditions for In-Person Events 6.1. If the event is held in a group, a refund is possible only if the Contractor cancels the event. 6.2. If the Client does not attend the event, a refund will not be issued. 6.3. If the Client is late and unable to participate, no refunds will be issued.
7. Special Conditions for Online Services 7.1. If the Client has accessed the materials, no refunds will be issued. 7.2. If the Client is unable to connect to the online lesson due to technical issues on their part, no refunds will be issued. 7.3. If the technical issue is caused by the Contractor, access will be extended or a recording of the lesson will be provided.
8. Changes to the Policy 8.1. The Contractor reserves the right to change the Policy without prior notice. 8.2. The new version will take effect upon publication on the Website.
